The Orders and Proceedings of the last General
Court were read & approved

Mr. Treasurer acquainted this Court that
Sr. Gerard Conyers< no role > the late worthy President of this Hospital
departed this Life on the 20th. day of July last and that the Grand
Committee apprehending it very necessary to have a President
chosen had caused this General Court to be summoned for that
purpose.

The Lord Mayor not being present the Court
desired Mr. Treasurer to take the Chair which he accordingly did

A Protest being offered by two Members of this
Society against the holding this General Court A Question was pro-
posed.

That no Protest be now or any time here after received from
any Member or Members of this Society against the Proceedings of this
or any other General Court And the said Question being [..]
