a Lease of Four Houses in the Tents in St Thomas's (late in
Lease to Ralph Dell< no role > & his Wife) for 51 years from Michas
1739 at £4..8..-P Ann clear Rent; & £45 Fine & they within
the first 7 Years are to pull down all the present Buildings,
& build either 3 or 4 substantial Brick Houses on the premises
& therein to layout £300 at least

of a House in the Old Baily late in Lease to Mr John
LLoyd< no role > & his Wife for 21 Years from Michas 1739 at £6.

of the Land at Hackney late in the occupation of Jeremiah
Woodley< no role > being 28 Acres or thereabouts, for 21 Years from

We have granted to Mary Phipps< no role > a Lease
of two Houses in Fleet Lane from Michaelmas 1741 (when
her present Lease will expire for 21 years at £8..P Ann
Rent and £40 Fine
