Then the Court proceeded to Elect a President of
this Hospital in the room of Sr. Gerard Conyers< no role > deceased
And it being moved & the Question put that Sr. John Eyles< no role > Bart.
& Alderman of the City of London be chosen President , the
said Sr. John Eyles was unanimously elected to be President
of this Hospital in the room of Sr. Gerard Conyers deceased.

John Lock< no role > Mr. Garland, Mr. Ruck & Mr Martin are desired
to wait on Sr. John Eyles and acquaint him with this said Election
and desire that he will please to accept of the said Office.
