Mr. Cheselden being present in the Court It was resolved
that the Thanks of this Court be given him for the great Service
he has done this Hospital during the time of his being One of
the Surgeons thereof And Mr. President gave him Thanks
accordingly.

The Court proceeded to the Election of a Surgeon
in the room of the said Mr. Cheselden & the several Petitions of Edmd.

to be admitted to the Office of a Surgeon of this Hospital
