All Writings to be
kept at the Hospital
We have Ordered that for the Time to
come all Deeds Books Planns. Mapps. Rent Rolls Leases
Papers & Writings whatsoever belonging to this Hospital
be deposited & kept at the Hospital. And That no person
be allowed to take any of the Deeds or Writings Etc. above
mentiond out of this Hospital without the Leave of the
Treasurer, And that if it shall appear necessary to allow
the Clerk or any other person to take away from the Hospi
tal any of the abovemention'd Writings in that case the
person so allowed to take away such Writings shall give a
Receipt in a book to be provided for that purpose And
That when such Writings Etc are returned to the Hospital
the person that receives them shall enter them in the Book
above said & sign his name thereto with the time when returned

a Wall for new burying Ground whereon several old
Houses stood at £5.12. P Rod the Foundation under
Ground to be of the best Place Brick & all about Ground
of Stock Brick the said Mr. Porter to carry away all the
Rubbish
