This Court proceeded to the Election of a Brewer and
Butler for this Hospital in the room of Walter Jones< no role > who dyed
since the last General Court And John Freeman< no role > who had
been appointed by the Grand Committee to execute the said
Offices till the holding of a General Court as appeared by the
above mentioned Report of the said Grand Committee was
approved & elected to be Brewer & Butler to this Hospital
during the pleasure of the General Court

have Power to choose
Butler & Cook

Resolved That for the future the Grand Comee
for managing the Affairs of this Hospital have Power to choose
a Brewer & Butler and Cook for this Hospital upon Vacancies
happening in those Offices And to remove & displace such
Persons as are or shall from time to time be chosen into the
said Offices as the Grand Committee for the time being shall
think fitt.
