(Mutatis Mutandis) as have been usually conteined in other Indentures of Lease
heretofore made of Houses belonging to this Hospital,

This Court Ordered that Lease be forthwith made to the Said Thomas
Fidge
< no role > his Execr or Admr of the Said Casgained prmisses according to the said agreemt.
and that in convenient time the Trustees appointed by his Maties. Letters patients
for the letting and disposeing of the lands & Tenemts. belonging to this Hospital
be applyed to for the Sealing and Executeing the Sume.

Also whereas it appears by the report of the Said Comittee that at a meeting these of
in the Hospital Hall the Sixteenth day of February 1685 upon a Twenty then had by the
Said Comittee with Ellen Baker< no role > Widow the relief of Joseph Baker< no role > her late Husband
Decd. concerning a new Lease to be made to her the Said Ellen Baker< no role > or to her
Execr. Admrs or Assignes of the Catherine Wheele Inn & the Tenemts. thereunto
adjoyning with the apptenances Scituate in the Pish of St George the Martyr in
Southwarke holden by the said Ellen Baker< no role > by Vertue of an Indenture of Lease
thereof then inspected bearing date the first day of October Ano. Din 1664 made
by the then Governor of the possessions revenew & goods of this Hospital to
the said Joseph Baker< no role > and the said Ellen his then wife for a Terme not yett
Expired. It was then agreed betweene the Comittee and the said Ellen Baker< no role >
that shee her Execr Admr or assignes should pay into the hands of the Ever
or Clerke of this Hospital for the time being the Severall Sumes of money
hereafter menconed at the times respectively herein after lymitted for paymt.
thereof that is to say the sume of two hundred pounds on the Feast day of the
Annuntiacon of the blessed Virgin Mary then next comeing And the further
sume of One hundred pounds on the Feast day of the Annuntiacon of the
blessed Virgin Mary then next following for a lease agreed to be made
in convenient time afterwards to her the said Ellen Baker< no role > or to her Execr.
Admr or assignes of the prmisses by Indenture for a Terme of one and Twenty
years to Comence at the Exmisacon of the said former Terme at and Under
the rent of Twenty five pounds P Annm payble quarterly at the fower
usuall feasts or daye, of payment by equall porcons and also under the reservacon
to this House of Eight pounds Six Shillings & Eight pence upon every
whenupon of the prmisses In which Indenture of Lease so to be made of the
prmisses as aforesaid should be conteined fitting Covenants & Condicons for
Secureing the paymt. of the last menconed sume of One hundred pounds
As also all other Covenants & Condicons (Mutatis Mutandis) as are conteined
in the said former Indenture of Lease

This Court Order'd that a lease be forthwith made to the said Ellen Baker< no role >
her Execr. Admr or assignes of the said burgained prmisses according to the said
agreemt. and that a convenient time the Trustees appointed by his Matits. Letters
patents for the letting and disposeing of the lands & Tenemts. belonging to this
Hospital be applyed to, for the Sealing & Executeing the same.

Also whereas it appears by the report of the said Comittee that at
a meeting thereof in [..] the Hospital Hall the 6th: day of May 1686 after
Severall ineffectual Excuties had with Mr Richard Richstone< no role > concerning a new
lease to be made to him of Five messuages or Tenements with the apptenants
Stituate Standing and being on the West Side of Bleakman Freete in the Pish of St.
George he Mantys in Southwarke in the County of Surry holden by the said
Richard Rixton< no role > , assigned of a certaine Lease thereof heretofore made by the
late Governors. of the possessions never ever & goods of the Hospital to Thomas
Leech
< no role > by Indenture bearing date the 20th day of August Ano. Dem 1666
for a Terme to Expire at lady day next Christopher Johns Bricklayer
was then Admitted to treate with the Comittee concerning the prmisses
And thereupon the said Xpher Johns came to this agreemt. with the Comittee
to wit that the said Xphers Johns his Execr Admr or assignes shall pay
