of the Accompts of this Hospital, untill others shall be appointed in their Stead, And
appointed Anthony Rawlins< no role > Esqr. William Hooker< no role > Esqr. Mr Edward Burrish and Mr.
Thomas Collett< no role > then assistants in the Audit of the said Accompts for two yeares
from and with a retrospect to Michaelmas last.

The proceedings of the Grand Comittee of Governor . of this Hospital being
read the Court confirmed the same.

And Whereas it appeare by the report of the said Comittee that at a meeting -
thereof in the Hospital Hall the Seventh day of November 1684 upon a Trealy
then had by the said Comittee withthe saidMr Thomas Fidge concerning a Lease
to be made to him of two Messuages or Tenemts. with the apptenantes Stituate
Standing and being at Bully hill in the Pish of Sr Nicholas in or near the City
of Rochester in the County of Kent and now in the tenure or Occupacon of the
said Thomas Fidge< no role > It was then agreed Betweene the Comittee and the said
Thomas Fidge< no role > That the said Thomas Fidge< no role > or his Exerrs: or Adm [..] should
in convenient time have a Lease of the prmisses by Indenture for a Terme of
Thirty one years to Comence at the Feast of the Prith of our Lord Christ then next
comeing at and Under the rent of Eight pounds P Anmd payable quarterly by
equall porcons with the further reservacon to this Hospital of two pounds that [..]
and fower pence upon every alienacon of the prmisses In which Indenture of [..]
so to be made of the prmisses as aforesaid it was agreed should be confirmed [..]
