And after the reading and confirmacon of the orders and
business of the last Court, it was ordered as followeth (Vizt)

According to the report of the Comittee It is ordered That
whereas a Lease was formerly graunted to Elizabeth Phillips< no role > of a Tenem [..]
and piece of Garden Ground in kent streete, Wherein Fifteene yeares
was to com at Christmas Last but the lease never Sealed to her, and ye
Whole Fine of one hundred, Marks being now paid by her and her sonn
Christopher Phillips< no role > ; the said Lease shall bee made unto him the said
Christopher, with an addiccon of Six yeares to the Terme, (Vizt) for one and
twenty yeares from Chras last at and under the yearly Rent of Five pounds

The Accompt of Mr. Trear. for the yeare ending at Michas 1677 have
beene Audited by the Auditors thereunto appoynted was this day declared in
Court and by this Court was approved

Gabb Firr remitted

The said Auditors did acquaint the Court that they observed there Stood
charged in the accompt as good Debts yearly transferred to the new Accompt
severall debts which were utterly improbable of being recovered and therefore
were of opinion that it was more convenient and proper that there being for
Memorandid made in one Page of some of them they should be discharged at
left out of the Annuall Audit Accompt for the future that is to say) The arr [..]
of the guift of Alderman Freeman which was to be paid to [..] by the Company of
Clothworkers but they Never received nor are like to receive the Legacy out of [..]
they were to pay the same to this house; And a debt of Eighteen pounds
long charged as an arreare for Wood Sold in kent but not to be gotten the [..]
not holding soe many Acres as it was sold for; And tenn pounds owing
by William Bryan< no role > for the remainder of a Fine for a lease; which cannot be
received (he being and soe hath been for many yeares soe poore as to bee [..]
Almerman). And Twenty) pounds charged on William Gabb< no role > for a Fine
Lease of a Tenenment in St. Thomas Parish wch-he after refused to take
left the house on our hands. All wth. appearing fully to the Court the Court [..]
agreed to the opinion of the Auditors. And ordered the same accordingly.
