Mr. John Child< no role > , wereby this Court named and appointed Auditors. for
Two years to joyne with the Foure Genrall Auditors. and with those foure who
were named the last yeare for the Auditing of the Accompt of Mr Trear
for the yeare ending at Michas last, And with the said Generall
Auditor. and foure others to bee named to Audite the Accompt for
the yeare ending at Michas next.

Upon Consideracon had of the Bequest of Mr. Jeremiah Baines< no role >
to this house; The Court was of opinion the same be disclaimed there
being noe proffitt in prospect can accrew to this house thereby in neere
Forty yeares Nevertheless It is refferred to the Comittee that if they
can make any advantage to the house by Transferring the same, then
they are to take the Same; otherwise to acquaintacquittthe persons concerned of the
disclaimer of the Trust by this house and to cause the same to be done
under the Common Seale

Item Whereas Robert Weddell< no role > our Tennant of Two little Tenements
in Fleete lane London: which he hath built about Tenn yeares fined and
never made a years kent, and they cost £250: building and will not
yeild Sixteene pounds a yeare and yet he is bound to pay is Seaven pounds
a year for them soe much being referred on the Leases. It is ordered
according to the report of the Comittee That hee with what he hath
already paid since the graunting of the leases of the said houses answers
and paying to this house for the Rent of the same from Midsomer 1666
being the next quarter before the time of the Generall Fire) after the Rate
of Fower pounds P Annm; all the other arreares shal bee remitted and
discharged And That Surrendering the said Leases wherein Fifty years
were to coment Michaelmas last There shal bee new Leases made of
the said Tenements to the said Robert Weddellor his Assignes for the
said Terme of Fifty) yeares at and under the yearly kent of Foure
pounds P Annm and noe more.

The Court being Fully sattisfied upon the report of the Comittee
otherwise that Mary Mileman< no role > to justly intituled unto a Tennement in St.
Thomas Parrish in Southwarke now held of this Hospitall (amongst of her
things) by the Churchwardens of the said Parrish for and dureing the
remainder of the Terme in the Lease thereof graunted yet to come and that
therefore shee ought ot have enioyed the same and the benefitt thereof
before and ever since the Pishes Purchase of the Lease This Court therefore
doth declare that they doe expect the Parish give the said Mileman speedy
Sattisfaction, as to her said interest both for the time they have enjoyed the
prmisses and as to the remainder of the said Terme; Otherwise they hold them
-selves obliged to Suspend the graunt of any new Lease at least of this
Tenement Shee claimeth as aforesaid.

It is graunted by this Court That upon William Richardson< no role > his
payment to this house of the Sum of one hundred pounds for a Fine
betweene this and Midsomer next there Shal bee a new Lease made to
him of the house hee lives in Scituate in Leaden hall Streete London for
the Terme of Twenty and one yeares comencing from Midsomer
1680 when the prsent Lease expires at and under the old yearly Rent
of Foure pounds.

Alsoe upon the peticon of Thomas House< no role > our Tenant of a Tenements
in St. Thomas Pish Southwarke in the Passauge next the High Streete
by Lease expireing at Christmas 1681: It is Ordered That in consider-
-acon of the Sum of Tenn pounds by him laid out in repaireing the
damages done to the said Tenement by the late great Fire thereabouts &
of theof theSum of Twenty pounds more to be paid in hand as a Fine
there shal bee a lease made to him of the said Tenement for one and [..]
yeares from Child 1681: aforesaid at and under the prsent yearly rent of Forty shillings
foure shillings for Tyth
