Clerk of this Hospital and Steward of their Mannor Courts during the
pleasure of this Court And to have the usual Salaries of Thirty Pounds
P Ann as Clerk and Fourteen Pounds P Ann as Steward of the Mannor
Courts during his Continuance in the said Places together with thousand
Fees and Perquisites belonging to the same Places And the said William

We have Agreed with Mr. Thomas Freeman< no role > to Grant him a Lease
of Two Houses in Fleet Lane near the Old Baily (the Yearly Rent
whereof was but Four Pounds) for 21. Years from Michas last at the
Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds Tax Free In Consideration of a Fine
of 120th. to be paid within a Fortnight (which has been paid
accordingly) And of his laying out £30. or upwards in Repaires
