Parish, amounting together to Nineteen Shillings and Six pence was particularly
considered, and the said Fees were approved of, allowed & Confirmed by this Court

And as to the Powers which the Committee by the said Report propose as
convenient to be Granted to them with respect to the Hospitalls Estates at Orpington
in Kent, and at Parndon in Essex, This Court doth Impower and Authorize the said
Committee to Act and doe therein as they shall think best for the service & advantage
of the Hospitall.

And the Committee is likewise authorized and Impowred to Review the Orders
and Rules heretofore made relateing to the Pupills allowed to our Surgeons and
Apothecary , and likewise to the Allowance made to our Nurses; And to make such
Alterations and Regulations therein as they shall find proper and agreable to
the Service of the Hospitall

And, that part of the said Report, wherein it is Recomended, That Doctor
Plumptre and Mr Joseph Tanner< no role > may be established on the Same Foot as the other
Doctors and Surgeons are, with Respect to Sallaries from Lady day next; And
that Mr. Tanner may from hence forth be looked upon and Esteemed as one of the
principall Surgeons of this Hospitall, being considered particularly, This Court
doth Order the Same accordingly: And Mr Trear is directed to pay to the said Dr:
Plumptre and Mr Tanner the Gratuities of Twenty pounds each, and to pay to
our Steward the Gratuity of Ten pounds as Recomened by the said Report

And then the Rest of the said Report was approved by this Court and
Ordered to be in all points observed and performed, And to be entred in the
Reportory of the proceedings of this Court

Subscriptions being Recomended by the president towards the extraordinary
Charge of the Hospitall by the Increase of Patients, Severall of the Governors
now present Subscribed liberally towards the same

Ten new Members were Chosen upon the Grand Committee (Vizt.) Sr. Isaac
