The Orders and Proceedings of the last General Court were Read and
approved, and then

The President Acquainted the Court with the Death of Mr. Thomas Wright< no role >
their late Clerk and Steward of their Mannour Courts.

Subscriptions being recommended by the President to the Court towards
defraying the Great Charge and expence of the Hospital by reason of the Great
Number of Patients constantly harboured therein and above Two hundred
Out Patients Several of the Governours Subscribed liberally.

Minutes of the two last Grand Committees were read & Approved Except
that relating to the Residence of the future Clerk and Steward of Courts and a
Debate arising thereupon The Question was put That the future Clerk and
Steward of Courts be Obliged to Reside in or near the Hospital which was
Carryed in the Negative Year 63. No's 69.

Clerk & Steward of
Courts to Attend
two days weekly.}


Ordered that the future Clerk & Steward of Courts do Give Constant
Attendance at this Hospital Two days Weekly and oftner if the Grand Comittee
or Treasurer shall think fit And that all the Court Rolls Books Papers
and other Writings whatsoever belonging to this Hospital be constantly
