usual and reasonable Covenants and Agreements are to be contained in the said
Leases The Governours are to have Liberty to pull down and remove the House and
all the Buildings upon Katharines Farme Except only the Largest Barne which
they are either to put into good Repaire or to Build a New One for the said Skingle
in the room thereof as they upon further Advice shall think most proper all the
paling round the Yard and Orchard of Katharines Farme is to be mended at the
Hospitals Charge and Skingle is to be Allowed Old Stuff out of the Materialls of
the Buildings which shall be pulled down as aforesaid to be made use of in
mending and repairing the Gates belonging to Katharines Farme And he is to be
allowed Rough Timber for all other Repaires if it be to be had upon the Premisses
He Agreed to pay after the aforesaid rate of Thirty five Pounds P Ann for Gerons
Farme from Michas 1721. when his Old Lease thereof expired to Michas 1724.
without any allowance for Taxes or Repaires duringthat time.

Grant to John Woollard< no role >


We have Agreed with Mr. John Woollard< no role > to Grant him a Lease of Tailfers
Farme in Parndon aforesaid late in the Possession of Mr. John Dennis< no role > for the
Terme of One and twenty Years from Michas 1724. at the Yearly Rent of Two
and thirty Pounds Payable Quarterly Tax free The Hospital is to put the House
and Buildings thereunto belonging into good repaire at the Hospital's Charge

Grant to Cracknee Spencer< no role >


We have Agreed with Mr. Cracknee Spencer< no role > to Grant him a Lease of our
Farme called the Cock als the White house Farme in Parndon aforesaid with
the Lands thereunto belonging now in his Possession for One of twenty
years from Michas 1724. At Five and thirty Pounds P Ann Payable Quarterly
Tax Free The Hospital is to put the House and Buildings and the Paling
about the House into good repaire and to pull down the Barne and Stables
(which are very defective) and to Build New Ones in the room thereof and
he is to leave to small Coppices which are to be Granted to him by the said
Lease of Three Years Growth at the expiration of the said Lease.

Grant to Wm. Sharpe< no role >


We have Agreed with William Sharpe< no role > to Grant him a Lease of the
Demesnes of our Manner of Denge Helions in Bumpsted in the County of
Essex now or late in the possession of Elizabeth Cole< no role > Widdow for One & twenty
Years from Michaelmas 1725. at which time the present Lease thereof expires
at £60. P Ann payable Quarterly Tax free In Consideration of a Fine of Two
Hundred Pounds One halfe thereof to be paid at Lady Day 1725. And the
remainder at Michas following And of the Charge he is to be at in repairing
of the House and Buildings belonging thereunto.

Grant to Wm. Fowler< no role >


We have Agreed with Mr. William Fowler< no role > of Montague Close Dyer to Grant
him a Lease of Four Old Houses lying over against the Meeting House in
St. Thomas's Parish Three whereof are Empty and the other is in the Possession
of Mr. Hulbert for One and fifty Years from Michas 1724. at the Yearly Rent
of Ten Pounds payable Quarterly Tax free In Consideration of a Fine of
Twenty Pounds and his laying out Two hundred and Fifty Pounds in New
Building Three of the said Houses and Substantially repairing the other House
in the said Hulberts Possession within the first Two Years of the said Terme.

Grant to John Moore< no role >


We have Agreed with Mr. John Moore< no role > to Grant him a Lease of Two Houses
in Fleet Lane London for One and twenty Years from Lady Day 1725 at Ten
Pounds P Ann Payable Quarterly Tax free In Consideration of his Laying
out One hundred and fifty Pounds in necessary and Substantial Repaires
within the first Year of the said Terme.

Grant to Edwd. Baily< no role >


We have Agreed with Mr. Edward Baily< no role > to Grant him a Lease of a House
now in his Possession in St. Thomas's Parish being One of the Houses lately
Held by Mrs. Strong's Execrs. for 21. Years from Christmas 1724. at Five Pounds
per Ann Tax free In Consideration of a Fine of Twenty Guineas And his
laying out One and thirty Pounds Ten Shillings in necessary & Substantial
Repaires.

Grant to Richd White< no role >


We have Agreed with Mr. Richard White< no role > to Grant him a Lease of an Old House
and an Old Building thereunto adjoyning in St. Thomas's Parish now in the
Possession of himselfe or his Undertennts. being other part of the Houses and
Buildings lately Held by the said Mrs. Strongs Executors for Fifty One Years from
