and upon considercon of the whole matter It was thought
proper to let a Lease for 21 years on the following terms
vizt.

To pay the present rent of Fifty pounds and a
Fine of Two thousand one hundred pounds
to be paid on the First of August next

That a Covenant be inserted that the Letter Shall
keep all the Arable meadow and pasture grounds
shall be keptclear and no more than 76 [..]
of Fuzzbe left on the estate at the end of the
term and all other Covenants to be agreeable to
the present Lease

To which terms Mr Clark has Signify'd that Mr
Bold Agrees

It is Agreed by this Committee to let a Lease of the
said estate to Richard Peter Bold< no role > Esqr for 21 years from the
expiracon of the prsent Lease which will be at Whitsun
tide 1736 on the above terms

Mr Ozell


Mr Ozell having some time petition'd for an
advancement of Salary as Auditor of the Accounts
of this hospital which was referr'd to the consideracon
of the Governors who are Auditors of this hospital and
Some other Governor. Mr Lesingham Reported from the
said Governors that they have considerd of the Business done
by the said Mr Ozell & Mr Millan as his Ash and are
of opinion that Twenty Guineas be given to the said
Mr Ozell & Mr Millan for then extraordinary pains &
care taken in the accounts of this hospital for the two
years ending as Lady day 1733. and likewise to allow the
sd Mr Ozell & Mr Millan Twenty guineas a year forth
future instead of Ten pounds P connon the prsent Salary
