This Committee taking in consideration the
Matter depending with Mr Mannoock
touching the Lease from Mr. Thomas Morgan< no role >
Guardians, And are of opinion to purchase
the said premisses therein as occupied
by the Hospitaller & Steward of this Hospital
with provisons for Mr Davenport enjoying
of his house during the term of the said
Lease and Sr John Lade< no role > is desired to make
such an Agreement with the said Mr Mannoock
as he shall think proper

Mr Trear Acquainted this Committee
the on theday of Decemr. last a Warrant
from the Consistory Court of the Bishop of Winchester was brought
to Mr Casberd the Minister of this Parish
enjoyning Dorothy Ferebee a Tenant of
of this Hospital & inhabitant of this Parish
to do penance in the Vestry of the parish
Church, but Mr Casberd had forborn to comply
with the said Warrant according to the direction
of a former Grand Committee

This Committee approve of the said Mr
Casberds for bearing to admitt the paid penance
