Minutes of the last Grand Committee held
the 24 instant read & approve'd

Mr. Treasurer laid before this Committee
a paper writing dated 22 May 1733 which
he reced from Sr Gerard Conyers< no role > , President
of this Hospital since the last Grand Comittee
& appear'd to be sign'd by The Town Clark
of the City of London containing a power
&desire by the Court of Aldermen to the
said Sr Gerard Conyers< no role > to order a Court to be
Summon'd at such time as he should think
proper and to Preside there at for the
dispatch of the Election of a Physician
& other business of the said Hospital

And also two other paper writings
which he the said Tear reced sine the
last Grand Comittee from the Town Clerk
importing Minutes of a Court of Aldermn.
held 10 March 1690 And a Resolution
taken thereon by the present Court of Ald-
-ermen And the other of the same date
importing a Resolution That upon the
death or resignation of a President of
this Hospital the right of Sumoning &
