the said Wright desires the Lease may be made

Order'd That the Lease be made to the
said Benjamin Wright< no role > .

Mr Treasurer Reported to this Committee
that Courts have been held in July last at Parsidon
Helions Bumstead Nither hall Hinton Topclifs
& Orpington And that when he was at Hinton he was
Informed that the Colledge of Peterhouse in Cambridge claim
a right or share in the sheep walk at Hinton he
had been with the Burser of that Colledge to enquire
after their Claim but the Gent who were the Officers
of that Colledge being absent no Satisfaction could
then be obtained.

Order'd That the Clerk do write to Dr.
Savage Master of Emmanuel Colledge who is
a Friend of Mr Treasurers & Dr Halse's to request
him to enquire of the Gentlemen of the Colledge
what claim they make in or to the sd Sheep walk

Mr Treasurer Acquainting this Committee
with the circumstances of the Hospitals Estate
at Hinton Nither hall it appears proper that
a Survey be forth with made of that Estate
and Mr Treasurer is desired to enquire after
a Surveyer for that purpose

Mr Treasurer Acquainted the Committee
that Mr Gale late Steward of this Hospital
is lately dead
