Minutes of last Grand Committee held
20th November last read & approv'd.

Mr Treasurer Reported from the Committee appointed
to treat & agree with Mr Waterman That the said
Committee had met & agreed with the said Mr Waterman
as follows Subject to the approbation of a
General Court Vizt That Mr John < no role > & Richard
Waterman< no role > Executors of their late Father shall
Surrender the term they have in his late
dwelling house on payment to them of £100
but they to have liberty of taking away Marble
Chimney pieces & Stabs & the Cistern & Lead in
pipes

Grant to John
& Wm Wateman< no role >

That they shall have a Lease of the House &
Workshop in the Maze for 24 years from Lady
day next at £15 P ann clear rent & usual Covents.

That they shall be discharged from their late
Fathers agreement to lay out £200 in building
on the store Ground or Wood yard

This Committee do approve of the proceedings
of the said Sub Committee and order'd that the
said Agreement be laid before the next General
Court
