The Clerk hath acquainted this Committee that
Mr Place Recorder of York had wrote him an offer
on behalf of Mrs Roundel of York that she would
pay such share of the arrear of Fawethers
Annuitie as had been usually paid for Browns more
where of she is possessd but he had answer'd the
said Mr Place that the Hospital would not accept
a part of theAnnuiteArrears in regard every
part of the Estate was charged with the whole tunitey
which Answer is Approved by this Comittee

The Clerk hath Acquainted this Comittee
that he obtained Mr. Ryders opinion on a Case
Conserning the Lease from Mr Spence & others
Exrs of Mr G. Morgan to Dr Mayo which was
assign'd to this Hospitals And Mr Mannoocks
Claim as purchaser under Mr Thos Morgan< no role >
and that it is Mrs Ryders Opinion that as the
Case is Circunstanced the Lease will be Supported
by a Court of Equity.

Ordered That the Clerk do prepare a bill
and proceed According to Mr Ryders opinion

The Clerk acquainted this Comittee that Wm.
Hamshire
< no role > to he Agreed to take a Lease of Clay
Tye Farm & afterwards was to assign to
Benja. Wright< no role > the present Tenant refuses to
seal a Counterpart of the Lease & has wrote to
Wright that he will not meddle with whereupon
