Agreed with Mr: Wm: Waterman our Tennt.
of a House in St: Thomas's parish neare 3: Herring
Court with a Garden lyeing behind it, and a small
peice of Ground with a Shed thereupon, lyding at.
some distance from the sd House, late belonging to
Mr: John Bryan< no role > . Upon a Lease Expiring at Lady
day 1719: at £4:8s: P Ann: That in Consn: of
[..] Eighty Pounds to be paid downe as a Fine, and of
his Surrendring the present Lease, and Resigning up for
the Use of the Hospll: The said peice of Ground
with the Shed upon it, And [..] Comt: of the Charge he is to be at
in Repairing the sd House, A Lease shall be granted to the said
Wm. Waterman , of the sd House with the Garden adjoyning to it, For
the Terme of [..] Fifty One yeares from Lady day next.. At the Old yearely
Rent of £4:8s: P Ann: with usuall Covent.

And we have also Agreed with the Sd Willm Waterman, who now
holds of us (without Lease) A peice of Ground in St. Thomas's Prish
lyeing neare the Little Maze pond, & by him Used for a yard to lay
Timber in, at £4:P Ann Before the Front of which peice of
Ground, and of other Ground adjoyneing on each side, there, belonging
to this Hospll. there runs a Small Slipp, or peice of Ground of about four
[..] Breadth, which the sd Wm. Waterman holds. by Lease from Jno.
Weston
< no role > Esqr . wherein the Terme of Fifty yeares or thereabouts [..] yer
to come, That in Consn. of a Demise or Lease to be made to the Govr.
of this Hospll: by the sd Wm. Waterman, Cand which he hath agreed to
Make) of Liberty of Way & passage over the sd small slipp or peice
of Ground as the same is now laid into the Street there, for all [..]
persons passing & Repassing to or from any part of the Ground belonging
to this Hospll For all the Remr. of the Terme now to come in the lease
from the sd Mr. Weston At a pepper Corne P Ann: And also
in Consn. of the sume of Two Hundred Pounds [..] be laid out by the [..]
Wm: Waterman in the Building if One or more New Brick Houses
