upon the sd peice of Ground within Three Yeares
from this time A Lease shall be Granted to him
Of the sd peice of Ground for One & Fifty Yeares
from Lady day next at Three Pounds six shills
P Ann: with Usuall Covents:

He put a Guines into
the Poors Box.

Ordered that Mr: John Cowcher< no role > be Admitted
to have the Benefit of the Contract made at the
last Comittee with Mr: John London< no role > , The said
Mr: London declaring he made the sd Contract in
Trust only for the Cowcher, & desiring that
the Lease then agreed for, may be made to the
sd Mr: Cowcher.

Referred to the next Comittee to Consider,
what is fitt to be done with respect to such
Governors: as have refused to Serve as Steward,
at the Generall Courts in this Hospll:

[..] This Comittee taking Notice of the
great Inconveniencys which have already happen'd
& may hereafter arise by the Age & Infirmity
of the Officers & Servants in & about this
Hospll: Ordered That no Officer or Servt:
[..] Man or Woman be Admitted or Chosen
into this Hospll: for the Future who shall be
above Fifty yeares of Age. And that this
be Reported to the next Court to be made
a Standing Order of the House.
