of Fifty Pounds, and pulling downe the Clossose
& passage or Door Way under it, lyeing on the
Northside of the great House in Halchetts Corner
and Carrying up an Upright Wall if Brick
for Fencing the sd House [..] (in that
part where the sd Clossett & passage are to be
pulled downe) from the Ground belonging to
the sd Hospll: late in Lease to Mr: Bland, and
in Consideracon of his Repairing in good & substantiall manner, all-
the Rest of the Wall of the sd Great House
lyeing next to the sd Ground. And in Consn: of his-
Surrendring to the Use of the Hospll: The Ground
or Soyle of the sd Passage or Door Way and under
the sd Closett, and also the Ground or Soyle
of a Room under part of One of the Houses
late in Lease to the sd Bland & lately fallen-
downe. He the sd Dennis Herbert< no role > shall
have a Lease granted to him of the Remaining
part of the sd Great House and of the other Five
Houses, For One & Thirty Yeares from
Xtmas next at the Old Rent of Eleven
Pounds P Ann: with all usuall and
reasonable Coventt:
