Ordered that all Leases already granted by
this Hospll: be drawne & Ingrossed by the Clerke, &
presented to Mr. Trear or the Comittee to be Examined
within four Months from this day And that all
Leases which shall be hereafter granted, be-
to drawne Ingrossed & presented within Two months
after the Granting thereof, Unlesse [..] there shall be
some reason for delaying the same, to be allowed
of by Mr: Trear or the Comittee.

And the Consideracon of the Fee to be taken
by the Clerke for such Leases is referred to the
rent Comittee.

Ordered that Mr. Trear take a Bond in his
Name in Trust for the Hospll: from Jenkin Turner< no role >
& his Daughter Anne Major< no role > , for the Rent due
from sd Turner for a House in Chequer
Alley Southwarke, being about £12.

Ordered that it be Left to Mr: Trear to
direct the Amending of any Small or Casuall
Wants of Repaires in or abt. the Hospll. or the
Tenemts: belonging thereto.
