Washed over & Cleaned:

Ordered that the Present of One Hundred
Guineys agreed at the last Comittee to be Given
to Mr: Trear, be paid to him out of the Cash if
this Hospll: in his hands: And this Comittee is of
Opinion that the sd payment [..] not to
be Reported to the Generall Court.

Mr: Atkins our Tennt: of 3: Houses in the
New Way leading out of St: Thomas's into the
Maze Street , Upon a Lease expiring at Michas
1714: at £2:4s: P Ann: desired to Renew the
sd Lease for 51: yeares & proposed to lay out
£150: in New building of Two Double Houses, &
to pay £10: Fine, which the Comittee thinks
too little, & refused to Accept it.
