Treasurer & desired that he might be allowed
the Lopps & Topps of all the sd Oakes, in regard
the same all grow upon the Grounds held by
him of this Hospll. The Comittee thereupon
declared, that all the sd Lopps & Topps
of right belonged to the Hospll. but for this
time they should be Divided amongst
their id Tennt. as follows vizt.

That Branson shall have all the Lopps &
Topps of the 4: Oaks sett out for himselfe
and [..] also of One halfe of the 16. Oaks
sett out for Mr. Collins, and of One halfe
of the other 8: sett out for Mr. Skingle ,
And that Mrs. Collins & Mr. Skingle shall
keep Take the Lopps & Topps of the other Halfe
to their own Use, And that the Barke of the
sd Trees shall goe to those, for whom they are
Sett out, in regard of their Charge in Felling.

It is Referred to the Sub Comittee for Brewing
to Order the Setting use a Fence of Slitt Deale
not lesse then Ten foot high over, the Crown of
the Arch in the Burying Ground , unlesse they
shall think fitt to make any other Fence, or
place it otherwise, which they have liberty
to doe, if they shall see Cause.

Mr. Treasurer is desired to give Direccon
for Making of Sculleryes to the Back Wards
over the Apothecaryes Shopp, and such
Alteracons & Conveniencyes as shall be
need full in order thereunto.

It is Referred to Mr. Trear to Treat & Agree
with Mr. Virgin our Tennt. of Two Old Tenemts.
