Mr. Barringer
Yours of the 16th inst. has been laid before the Commee
who have order'd me to acquaint you that they are greatly surprised at
Gregory's asking for any further Repairs to be done for him when
he keeps more than three years Rent in his hands And there was laid
out for him in Repairs last year £11.4.. you are desired to let him
know That the Gentlemen are determen'd to take proper Methods
to oblige him to pay his Rent better, unless he pays off some Part of
the Arrears very soon in the mean time they are willing you should
get the Barne repair'd since you say it is necessary

paid shell be placed to the Credit of the Tibshalfe Tents As to Mrs.
Deborah Hill< no role > 's Affair Mr. Treasurer consents to her Disposal of
her Lease for the remainder of her Terms to her younger Sons
Mr. Morse will get Mr. Alwood's Lease ingros'd and send it to you
very speedily
