have given orders that Notice should be given to all the Tenants
that are in Arrears to pay their Rent forthwith.

me orders to call upon you for it And to let you know that
they expect it should be paid without any further Delay

Yrs of the 10th. inst. has been laid before Mr Treasurer And
his Determination concerning the Barns Floor is that as he apprehends
it is shrunk (which is generaly the cars of new Floors) it may be taken of
and relaid at the Expence of the Hospital And is certain it will answer
the Purpose as well or better them Joysts

As the Lease drawn for Mr Aldwin was not executed by him it can be
of no manner of Service to any one for which Reason as Lease is
preparing with the same Covenants for you & Mr. Rudd as his Eators

Lease you are like wise desired to let Mr. Sankey know that the Govrs. have
deferr'd treating with him till with him three years of the Expirations of his Lease
that being the usual Method of this Hospital
