Sir
Yrs. of the 11th. inst. came to hand yesterday with two Bills
inclosed one for £10..6.. which is paid the other for £110..12..3
on Mr Bughton who refuses to accept it for want of Advice Etc
Effects but said he believed he should accept it when he had
recd Advice of it for which Reason Mr. Treasurer postpones
the returning it till next PostMrs. Treasurer approves
of a Court being held this Spring if you think it necessary
And the Guinea to Mr. Blyth will be allow'd Mr. Morse
tells me the Lease for Mr. Allwood is ready & desires to
know how he may convey it to you

Mr. Treasurer recd. Yrs. of 18th inst. and is surprised at
yr. wanting Timber for Repairs so soon after the last Order, which
was but last Spring Therefore you are desired to speak to Mr Chatbourn
our Woodrove in Order to examine the Condition of the Pales &
Gates for which you say the Timber is wanted, & to acquaint Mr.
Treasurer therewith as also for what use the Elmo, you mention
is intended for, and to what particular Purposes the last Timber
was applyed
