as to the payment of the Money and believe me to be

I Pray you to remember to think of proper Covenants
to be put into Staines Lease to preserve Timber and
Pollards and to distinguish if it be necessary, what
is Timber and also to bind him to leave the Farme
at the end of the Lease with Such Fallowes and
every thing else Necessary that it may not be
worsted to any future Tenant One of your
old Leases perhaps may be usefull to us

Sr,
Mr Joye wrote you sometime since to desire your
information concerning proper Covenants to be inserted
in the Lease the Hospital is about making of Combe farm
Etc to Nicholas Swaine< no role > and as the Lease is preparing
and should be Sealed with many others at the next time
of Scaling Leases I trouble you with this to repeat the
Treasurers request and that you will Oblige him in
this matter with the soonest convenience He has
had a bad fit of the Gout which is almost gone off
