.
Sir,
I have your favour of the 1st. instant and am very glad
you are so apprised of the Hospitals right as will prevent
and dispute with you.
As to Mrs. Watkinson I sent her an Accot: a good while
ago what was due but have not had a Peny returnd and
if you have entred on the Estate I doubt it will be dificult
to perswade her to pay the Arrears, however I have
wrote very pressingly for that purpose
I belive I mistook in saying £19:10 it was I think £19
18s: was reckond the Dringhouses proportion but as to that
I have no Concern.
I Should be Glad of an opportunity of meeting you
about the Temple
if your occassions call you thither
I being almost every evening at the Rolls Coffee house in
Chancery Lane
as if I knew the hours most convenient to
you would wait on you at your house I am Sr,
your very humble Servt,

Mr, Watkinson
I have yours of 30th. Novr. but have never seen Mr.
Barlow, he wrote me a few days since that he was Sensible
the Annuity was payable to the Hospital and that your
partly ready in your Mothers hands and I must desire
that it be be forth with paid according to the Account you had
when you were here: till this is done I can say nothing
to the Affair you mention, it being my first business to
have [..] the Hospital Money paid them
I am a perfect Stranger to the nature of your holding
the estate which I must be fully informed of if you
would have me in any manner assistant to you Virtue
