St: Thomas's Hospital 2d Decr: 1729
Mr Richardson

Your letter of the 27th: Augt: did not come to my hands
of a good while by reason of my being out of town

Lawrence Bingham< no role > is now come again and
has applyd to the President and the Grand Committee
informing them that you did not acquaint the
Hospital tenants with what I wrote you of their
desire that the Tenants would accomodate the
difference that has happen'd by a reference to
indifferent Gentlemen I have upon this laid
before the President and Committee what you
have related on the Subject and they are Sorry
to hear Such a Character of the man but as they
are extremely desirous their Tenants Should live
peaceably they direct me to inform you that they
think no inconvenience can happen to any fair
person by a reference of difference to Gent. of the
Neighbourhood and it will be very agreeable to the
Governours if this method shall be taken and
Your promoting it they will take very kindly

I am Your humble Servt:
Thomas Matthew< no role >
