Agreed for a New One was expected to be paid out
of hand When Mr Dell bring your last half

Mr Daniel Skingle< no role > This name instance is in a workspace.
We have rece'd but £12 from you since this
time twelve month, when you promising to be soon
lesseing the great Arrears of debt for rent of the
two Farms but you have not been so good as
your wood this therefore comes to mind you of
doing it out of hand for the Governors grow
uneasy I find W. S neglects to get in the Arrear
of Woollard & the other small Tenants and I
have heard nothing from him abt. the Wood Land
I am there fore forsced to employ Mr. Collins in that
behalfe which pray acquaint Mr Wm Skingle< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. with
[..] all I wish you boath a good new Year & I am
