some Articles. The first of £4.6.8 for wch. you debet the Hospl.
To Mr Aulis halfe years rent, for I cant find the Accot. you mention
Another is £18.2.for a Bill of Charges in Mr Wrights Letter
15s must be allow'd you for Postage The Bill of £52.10
you mention to have sent to Mr Wright he has omitted to
bring to Accot. So pray write his Son & Exr. Thos. Wright thereof
& desire him to make it good to the Hospl. without delay & at the same
time to look out the said Accot. & Letter with your Bill of Charges
that all may be book'd accordingly You put down £24. for your
Salary from Michas 1714. to Michas 1724. I suppose you mean
1726. There is no imediate hast to return the Counterparts of
the Leases But so soon as you have opportunity Pray send them
to me here I pray dont pay the mony for the Leases to Mr Wright
till he does what he should do & you hear from me I dont
know the reason of sending a Lease for the Parsons you mention
you know there is another Saml. Parsons a Tennt. of the Cole
Delfs So where the mistake lyes I cant say I gave Bingham no
encouragement when here I know him not and told him if
he wanted any thing he should have brought a Letter from
you The Old Lease of the Cole Delfs for £15. a year expired in
1718. And was renewed at £30. a Year Anno 1720. Pray was it
Agreed to continue at £15 a year for the two intermediate years
because you bring no more to Accot. You say at the bottom
of Mr. Kettlebys Letter you had miscast about 20s Pray where
is that mistake for the totalls of the Accot. sent Mr. Kettleby
are right cast The Chiefe Rents being but a small Annuall
Sum you receive Severall Years together I suppose. The
Sooner all these things are explained & Settled the better and
