Mrs: Harrison.

The Govrs. are Informed That the Buildings
upon the Farmes in Teversham & Fulborne (whereof
Your Lease Expired at Michas last) were Left
very much out of Repaire, Whereupon I am
Ordered by Mr. Treasurr. to Acquaint You That the
Governrs. expect you should forthwith Cause the
whole to be put into good & sufficient Repaire
according to the Covenants in your Lease, or
else that you agree upon a Sume to be paid to
Mr. Edwd. Hancock< no role > in Liew thereof He having
Undertaken to Do the same Substantially; And
upon Notice of your agreemt. wth: him, The Governrs.
will not insist upon any thing further to be Done
by you or Mr. Read abt: these Repaires I am

at Mr. Halfe Head's an
Apothecarys in Cambridge .
