Who being upon Oath says, that on Sunday the 16th. day of September last
he was in Company with Allen Latty< no role >

, and that
about five o' Clock in the afternoon, the said Allen Latty otherwise John Smith< no role >

John Hamilton< no role >
parted with this Informant in St. Giles's
, when the said Allen

said to the said John Hamilton< no role >
, we have promised
to meet an acquaintance at five o' Clock and must go, And this Informant Says that
on Tuesday following he mett the said Allen Latty and one Crosby in Drury Lane
who asked him to Drink with them, which this Informt. did, and and says that as they
were Drinking, the said Allen Latty, told this Informant that Crosby was a Surgeon
,
and that he was very Sorry to tell him that his acquaintance John Hamilton< no role >
had
Occasion for him, for that he the said John Hamilton< no role >
had been desperately by wounded
and I (meaning the said Allen Latty.) beleive he cannot Live, Upon which the said
Allen Latty asked this Informant if he would goe and See the said John Hamilton< no role >

he saw his Wounds Dressed which were three in Number, one in his Bre [..]
One in his Side, and one in his Groin, Says that he knows the said Allen Latty otherwise

told him that he received
