At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hick's Hall in St
John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Monday
the eighth day of October in the Seventh Yeare of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain
France and & Ireland Defender of the Faith before William
Cowper
< no role > John Martin< no role > Alexander Garrett< no role > Andrew Osborne< no role > Esqrs .
& other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned
to keep the peace in the County aforesaid and also to heare &
determine [..] Diverse felonys trepasses & other evil deeds comitted
in the said County,

Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Dunster in the County of Somerset have exhibited their
humble petition and appeale unto this Court Setting forth that
by an Order under the hands & Seales respectively of John
Priestly
< no role > & Henry Dodson< no role > Esqrs. two of his Maties Justices of
the peace for the County of Middx (where of one is of the Quorum) bearing
date the eighteenth day of August one thousand Seven hundred
& thirty three It is found and adjudged that the said parish of
Dunster is the place of the last legal Settlement of Thomas Mallett< no role >
in the said Order mentioned and that Mary< no role > his wife , Mary< no role > Elizabeth< no role >
& Robert< no role > their children are by virtue of the Said Order removed
from the parish of St. John Wapping in the said County of Middx
to the said parish of Dunster , And that the Petrs. thinking
themselves aggrieved by the Said Order of the said two Justices
of the peace doe appeale to this Court against the same whereupon
at the request of the Petrs. It is Ordered by this Court that the
benefit of the Said appeale be saved unto them, And that the
hearing and determining thereof be and same in hereby
adjourned untill the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace
to be holden for the said County of Middx and that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. John Wapping (upon notice of this Order) and all
persons concerned doe attend the Court of the said next General Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be holden for the Said county of Middx
be adjournment on Tuesday the Fifteenth day of January next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare and abide the
Judgment and determination of the same Court touching the said
