upon hearing ofwhat was alledged byCouncell for
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of Hornsey & alsoebyof Councell for the
Churchwardens & Ov: of the poor of the sd parish of
Tottenham High Cross It was alledged by the Councell for the
Ch: & Ov: of the poor of the same parish of Hornsey Tottenham
that the saidtwo children Ann Bouts< no role > & Sarah Bouts< no role >
children of the said Richard Bouts< no role > are legally
settled in the said parish of Tottenham High Cross InFor that
the said Richard Bouts< no role > their Father (as was alledged) obtained
a legal settlement in the same parish by his renting
& holding a housein the same [..] & stables in
that parish in the yeares 1714:1715 &1716 at the
yearly rent of ten pounds, And that in right of
their said Father the said two children are legally
settled there Neither the said Richard Bouts< no role > northe
said two children or either of them having gained
