Gent to be high Constable within the said Hundred of Edmonton in the Place and
Stead of the said James Yalden< no role > And doth order that the said Luke Budworth< no role > .
do forthwith (after Notice ofNo him Given of this order) attend one of this
Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County residing in or near the said
Hundred, and before such Justice of the Peace forthwith take his Oath
for his Due Execution of the office of High Constable within the
Hundred of Edmonton aforesaid And from and after the Time of his
having taken such oath the said James Yalden< no role > is to stand
absolutely discharged from being high Constable within the said
Hundred.

the Distemperd Cattle}

A Report being made unto this Court Ore tenns by several of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace being a Quorum of the Committee of his Majestys Justices of the Peace of this County
in this Behalf appointed that they Inspected 2 several Accounts of the Inspectors
employed to take Care of the Distempered Cattle in this County, the first of the said Accots.
Commencing from the 29th. of June 1751 to the Seventh of September 1751 and the Latter
Account Commencing from the 7th. of September 1751 exclusive to the 11th. of Janry
1752 inclusive And that they find the said Accounts to be true. and that there are
due to the said Inspectors upon the said first Account, as followeth.

To Joseph Walker< no role > from the 29th. of June 1751 to 7th.
of September 1751 being 10 weeks at 15s.} £710s0d

To Do. for his Attendance 4 Days at Barnet in
order to prevent the holding any Fair for Homed
Cattle on 23d. 24th. 25th. & 26th. Days of Augst. last at 5s}£10s0d

To Edward Tomkins< no role > from 29th. June 1751 to 7th. Septr.
