that the Said Bill is Reasonable and that the aforesaid Repairs are well and Sufficiently Done
in a Substantial and Workmen the Manner, doth allow of the said Bill abating thereout
only ye. said Eighteen Shillings and four pence Halfpenny and that the said John
Brown having Reced the sum of Two Hundred Pounds in Part and praying that
the Residue thereof being One hundred and Ninety Eight Pounds may be paid unto
him It is thereupon Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Trearer of ye. sd.
County do pay unto sd. John Brown< no role > the Sum of One Hundred Ninety Eight Pound
in Satisfaction of the Moneys Remaining Due to him upon his Sd. Bill & in full
of his Sd. Demand and that his Receipt Together with their Order Shall be
a Sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for Such Payment.

This Court being Sensible of the great Service Done to ye. County of Middx by
Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace of ye. sd.
County in Directing and from Time to Time Surveying the Work and Repairs
Ordered by the Court of Sessions of the Peace of ye. Same County to be done to ye. such
Part of a Publick Bridge called Chertsea Bridge as is in the County of Middx ye. Farnebaiza County Bui [..] wch. part of the said Bridge
had been lately very minous and in great Decay for want of Repair and hath
heretofore been usually Repaired at the Charge of the Inhabitants of ye. County of
Middx wch. Work and Repairs are Compleated and finished, And this Court
being also Sensible of that the said Mr. Mainwaring hath been at great
Trouble and Expence in Journeys & otherwise in and about Directing and
Surveying the sd. Work and Repairs, Doth order that Mr. John Higgs< no role >
Trearer of the sd. County do pay ye. Sum of Twenty Guineas to the said
Mr. Mainwaring for ye. Same and his Reciept together with this Order
Shall be a Sufficient Discharge to the said Treasurer for Such Payment

It is Ordered by this Court that the Several Affidavits now read
in Court in order to Support a Representation of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace of this County to the Right Honoble the
Lord High Chancellor against Sir Samuel Gower< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Knt . a Justice
of the Peace of the Said County for some Irregularitys and
matters by him done in Relation to his Said Office of a Justice of the
Peace be delivered to the Secretary of the Said Lord Chancellor
