Francis Lindon< no role > reported to this Commee That Pursuant to
the Order made at the last Meeting he attended the Trustees
& Signified to them the directons of this Commee relating
to the Extract State & Accot. the said Trustees were directed
to make from their severall Books Etc and that he the
said Lindon did Produce before & leave with the said Trustees
said their Genal Meeting the 18th. instant a Copy of the said
Order of this Commee

Mr Byolling Clerk to the Trustees attended with severall
Books & Papers relating to the Turnpike & laid before this
Commee the Order of the Trustees made at their last Meeting
in answer to the said Message & Order they reced as aforesaid
from this Commee which Order of the Trustees is as follows
"Orderd that the Clerk do attend the Commee of
"Justices with all Books & Papers relating to the
"Turnpike and take their direccons for drawing an
"Extract of the Accots. and that the Clerk do give an Accot.
"of what shall be done therein, the next General Meeting.

And this Commee caused the several heads of their said
Order made at their last Meeting to be distinctly read
before the said Byollin and to each of the said heads
severally enquired of him whether he found any
difficulty in Complying there with and he said he did
not save only in relation to the Accots. that the Same
were Stated only to the 28th. of; June last and also in
relation to the Places of aboad of Persons whose Teams
have been employed, that such Accot. can be had only
from the Surveyors who employed them & Castly as to the
Composions that the Trustees only can give the reasons
for Such Composions As to all the other Particulars
required by this Commee he the said Byollin acquainted
this Commee he could comply with if he had the
Directions of the said Trustees.
