That no more Gravel or Ballast
be bought by any Person but
what the Prizes Shall be agreed
to by the General Meeting

30th. That no Gravel or Ballast be
laid or bought unless first approv'd
of by Mr Norris

That the Gravel Ballast & other
Materails be bought by the
Surveyors and no bargain be
made by any Trustee but at a
Commee and that bargain be
confirmed at a Genal Meeting

Load to be deliver'd by him as Survey

Commee appoints some of the Trustees
to Treat about Ballast with Mr Lewis

3d. Sept-Surveyors have Power to buy
Ballast not exceeding 200 Loads

17 Dec-Mr Edwards the Treasurer allowd
4s a load for 210 load of Ballast
already laid on the Road

18 March-Norris & Marsh to agree for
Ballast in Shepherds Field

22d. Apr 1718-Mr Townsend to buy
Rubbish

1 July-referred to Hampstead Commee
to agree for Ballast for Hamstead Road

17 June Trustees at Hampstead to see
where best & cheapest Ballast for that Road

16 Sept-Commee to contract for Ballast
with Edwards (the Treaer) Barnjum
& Boots

23-Surveyor to Contract for Ballast
not exceeding 4s a load

30th July 1717 Ordered that the Ballast
brought from Newington be taken
away again

17th. Sept-Clanceys Teams discharged

1st. July 1718-Minute of 10th Sept reflecting
on Clancey appears now to be then falsely
represented

Surveyors . may employ Clancey his
Reputacon being Sufficiently cleared
