The Order of the 13 of June last was read, relating to the
Extract the Trustees for the Turnpike were directed to make
from their Books which not having been complyed with
Ordered That Francis Lindon< no role > the Clerk attending this
Commee do attend the Trustees at their next Meeting on
Tuesday the 18th. instant and Signifie to them the direccons
of this Commee That they do cause an extract to be made
from their severall Books of what Moneys have been
reced & Paid for & on accot. of the said Turnpike And also a
State of the said Turnpike with regard to the Income thereof
and what yearly Sumes are paid or to be paid to the Several
Treasurers Clerks Collectors and Surveyors or other Persons
employed by the said Trustees and also what Gravell
Ballast or other Materialls for the Repair of the Highways
has been bought or contracted for, by whom or whom & at
what Prizes. And what Debts are due & owing from the
said Trustees on Accot. of the said Turnpike together with
a List of the names of all such Persons whose Teams
have been or are employed by their Surveyors for repair
of the said Highways & the Places of their respective
a boad And the Composicons that are or have been made
by them or their Surveyors with any & what Parishes or
Private Persons and for what Sum or Sums of Money
& for what reasons And that the said Trustees do on
or before the 25th. instant transmitt such Extract State
and Accot. to Robert Thornhill< no role > Esqr . Chairman of this
Commee at his Chambers in the Inner Temple and
also a Copy of the Report from the Commee appointed
to inspect the Treasurers Accots. reported to the
Generall Meeting of the 8th. of July last
