This Court being of Opinion that it is requisite that
the accompts of the Several Treasurers of this County
herein after mentioned and all other Persons who
are chargeable as Accomptants for the moneys by
them received for the publique use of the said County

hands of each of the Said Treasurers and Accomptants,
