times and Places as they shall think fit and to Put the said
Laws in exemcon and Proceed according to the Rules
above menconed against all and every Person and
Persons offending in the Premisses, To the end they may
be Punished according to their demerits, And for the
better effecting thereof all high Constables Petty
Constables and Headboroughs in this County are
hereby Ordered and required to be aiding and
assisting to the said Justices of the Peace in their
respective Divisions, and diligently to observe
and Performe their Precepts and directions
touching the Premisses.

& Hampstead

The Report of the Committee appointed by two
several Orders of Sessions (Vizt.) the one made in
April Sessions last and the other in October Sessions
last) in Pursuance of an Act or Parliamt. made in the
third year of the Reign of his Prsent Majty. King George
Entituled an Act for repairing the Highways from
several Places therein menconed leading towards
Highgate Gate house and Hampstead in the County
of Middx and for electing Trustees for keeping
up a Sufficient Number for the repairing the
Highways upon the Roads from High gate
Gate house to Barnet Block house and also of
the Highways between Kilburn Bridge and
Sparrows Herne in the County of Hertford.

The Comittee were in hopes That before this time they
might have received such satisfaccon from the Trustees
appointed to put the said Act in Examcon as would have
enabled them to have made a more full and exact
