writing under their hands unto his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for this County assembled at the said last Generall Quarters
Sessions of the peace being holden for the same County by
adjornment on the Nineteenth day of January now last
past, touching the matters referred as aforesaid, And the
Court then upon consideracon had of the matters contained
in the said Report did agree to the said Report, But to
the intent that the Trustees therein mensoned might be heard
touching any matters therein specified (if they should
think fit) The Court did Order that a Copy of the said Report
should be laid before the said Trustees at their next meeting
after the twenty seventh day of January aforesaid, And
that the said Trustees might be heard touching the
matters contained in the said Report at this present
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace holdon for this County
by adjornment at Hickshall in St John Street in the said
County on Tuesday the Seventh day of Aprill instant at ten
of the Clock in the forenoon if they should think fit, And the
Court did, recomend it to the said Trustees that they should
in the mean time observe the Rules set down in the latter
part of the said Report and Order the same to be observed
and performed by their under Officers Agents and Servants,
with a Coppy of which said last menconed Order and also
of the said Report the said Trustees were duly served as
appeareth unto this Court upon Oath, Notwithstanding which
the said Trustees did not think fit to attend this Court
or send any answer to the matters contained in the said
Report at the day time and place limitted in & by the sd. last
menconed Order of Sessions, but on the day following (vizt.
On the eighth day of this instant April the said Trustees
Sent to this Court their Answer in Writing to the Same
Report by the hands of Edward Byollin< no role > their Clerk
signed by the said Byollin by their direccon, Now upon
reading of the said Report and of severall papers thereby
referred to, and of severall Affidavits relating to some
matters of fast contained therein, and also upon reading
the said Answer, and on mature deliberacon had Concerning
