Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and

for the said City of
London and Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the 11th. Day of November last Instant

then a Soldier
in Jamaien and whose
Place of Settlement could not be found with their Daughter
named
Sarah< no role >
aged Five Years and upwards were removed
and conveyed from the
saidParish of St. Botolph
without
Bishopgate London
to the said Parish of Saint James on
Westminster
as the Place of their last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal
to this Court agt. the adjudication of the said
two Justices and their said Order and Pray
that the Hearing and Determining of the said
Appeal may concern at this Present General
Session
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray
