for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Ann and Agnes
London, That
Martha Firke< no role >
a Singlewoman
was
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and was likely to become charge-
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the said Martha as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Martha
to be in the said Parish of Saint

and that thitherto that ought by Law to be sent.

quire you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor

from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint Michael Le Quern
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under our
