and upon Examination of the said Ann
taken before me upon Oath (which Examination is hereunto annexed)
it doth appear that the last legal Settlement of the said Ann
is in the said Parish of Saint Mary at Hill
These are therefore to require You the said Thomas Linton< no role >
to convey the said Ann
to the Parish of Saint Mary at Hill
there to be delivered to some Church-Warden, Chapel-Warden, or
Overseer of the Poor
, to be provided for according to Law. And you
the said Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor,
are hereby required to receive the said Ann
and provide for her
