WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of

's Justices of the Peace
for the City of
London and Liberties thereof, one being of the Quorum, by
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishop Gate
London, That

the Wife
of
Thomas Huboest< no role >
now
a
Soldier in Jamaica and whose Place of B Wlement
cannot be found with their Daughter Named
Sarah< no role >
aged Five Years and upwards are
lately come to reside in their said Parish, not having obtained
any legal Settlement there, and are likely to become charge
able thereto, unless timely prevented, which Complaint We
the said Justices, upon due Proof made thereof as well upon
the Oath of the said Ann as otherwise
adjudge to be true; and we do also adjudge the last legal
Settlement of the said Ann and her said Daughter
to be in the said Parish of Saint James Westminster
in the said County of Middlesex
and that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.
These are therefore in His Majesty< no role >
's Name to will and require
you the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishop Gate
London, forthwith to remove and convey the said Ann and her
said Daughter
from and out of your said Parish, unto the said Parish of
Saint James Westminster
And them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with
this our Order, who is and are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals, this 11th. Day of Nov One Thousand
